The product is very soft and the seams are very carefully done. The heart looks adorable and you can’t really feel it from the inside, so it seems much more comfortable to wear.
I got a size L for my cat and it fits like a glove (I chose the size with the weight chart provided) it reaches her back and also keeps her tummy warm.
She does not try to take it off nor scratch it/ bite it so to me this has been a huge success. Definitively would buy again!
